Before You Take the Stage (FAQ)
Who is this for?
Anyone 18 or over who wants to be photographed in a themed, high-energy rock environment. No modelling experience required.
What should I bring?
Arrive camera-ready with your wardrobe, hair and makeup complete, plus any props you want to use. Bring 1–3 reference images on your phone so the photographers can quickly see the look, pose, or image you want to recreate.
How long will I be shooting?
Plan on about 30 minutes of total shooting time — roughly 10 minutes with each of the three photographers when the event is full. Actual timing may vary slightly depending on the flow of the lineup.
When do I get my images?
Each photographer will deliver 3–5 professionally edited images, for a minimum of 9 finished images across the three photographers. Target delivery is within 3 weeks of the event.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Registration fees are non-refundable if a participant cancels, does not attend, arrives late and loses shooting time, or is otherwise unable to participate as scheduled. If Rock Icons: Take Two is canceled by the organizer and is not rescheduled, registered participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee. If the event is rescheduled, registrations will transfer to the new date, and participants who cannot attend may request a refund within the announced refund window. Refunds are limited to the registration fee only.
What is the Encore List?
When the 15 confirmed places are taken, the Encore List holds the next five people in order. If a place opens, the next person on the list is invited personally.
